Just seen your vid of pouring the concrete for the shed. If it was me, I would of raised the slab up instead of taking the rock down. Seen your cutting the dirt in the back by a foot or 2 anyway.
Raising the slab is probably what you want in CR, expecialy with the amount of rain/flooding that's there. When I built this house, I kept the top of the block (on a crawl space here) at 8 " above finished ground level but that's built for the amount of rain and run off that we get for this lot and in Oklahoma. If there's a chance of standing water and/or deep standing/running water, I would go a lot higher that 8" even. Or else, the water will build up on the outside of the building and run into the building when it equalizes.

Just a hint.
Hey Esquire... I did think about going up with the slab, but I wanted the shed to be the same height as the tiny house that would be in front of it. (not that it would matter a lot)
I did cut the dirt down in the back about a foot...and figured I could use that dirt for a few low spots in the front. Like most places in CR, it does rain a lot during the rainy season, but the whole property drains really well.
Good suggestions...thanks
