We are planning our first visit to CR in June 2023. At first we were just going for a vacation to relax for a week. The more I read, it looks like maybe we want to investigate for longer stays or residence.
Where are there expat communities with the coolest temperatures? At first I read about Atenas, but it looks like the temps still get in the 90s. Is there an area where the highs are in the 70s or 80s ?
